Background
Brian is originally from Northern Ireland but has lived in Galway for over 40 years. He first contacted City Life Galway in 2018 as a client to seek Financial Planning Advice as he approached retirement. With a degree in Production Engineering from Birmingham University and an MBA from NUIG, his career was spent in a variety of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Systems management roles in the telecoms industry. Much of this was with Nortel in Galway. In retirement he has found a second career working part-time for City Life Galway as a Financial Planning Manager and is now Qualified Financial Advisor. As well as his involvement with clients he also brings his considerable experience to the oversight of other aspects of the business.

I gain most satisfaction when engaged with clients in the Financial Planning process and using financial modelling to help them make the best decisions to achieve what they want out of life.
Interests
When not scaling some mountain in Ireland or further afield, I can usually be found elsewhere in the outdoors be it in the garden, on the golf course or swimming in Galway Bay.
